Delete Your Data — EmpowerDriver App

How to request data deletion:

Option 1: In the App

1. Open EmpowerDriver

2. Go to Settings > My Data & Privacy

3. Tap "Delete My Data"

4. Confirm the deletion

Option 2: By Email Send a request to privacy@incharge.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the phone number associated with your account.

What gets deleted:

• Your account and profile information (National ID, phone number)

• Location and trip data

• SMS data collected by the app

• Device information

• All consent records

What we may retain:

• Anonymized, aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you

• Records required by law or for legitimate legal purposes (e.g., tax or audit requirements), for no longer than legally required

Timeline: Your data will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
